about

I first time got the jam with Dave Thompson and Kevin Anderson at Ritch Bitch Rehearsal studio in late '86, They had the music down to this plus a different set of lyrics.
Through various band permutations this song was often featured in the 'Fragments' live set..It would feature now on stage,if we could but with this new lyric .

lyrics

I'm strong until you tell me I'm weak
So rich until you say I'm poor
I'm brushing off apologies thankful I guess for the thaw
I'm here until you call time
I'll surely stand after I fall
What's the dew on the ground telling me
I haven't been here before

Those tender years chimed
How we grinned connecting our broken line
Anyone who had anything about them
Their's a lot of them about

I didn't expect us to be comparing our battle scars
Sifting through such silent contemplation
Looks like we've made it this far
Unsure into the unknown

I don't mind if we can't find ourselves
From time to time

Anyone who had anything about them
Won't you tell me where you've been.
